Checklist for Why Products Aren’t Showing in a Collection
  • Check Products Are Added to the Collection

    • In Shopify admin, go to Products → Collections → (select your collection).

    • Scroll down and confirm that products are actually listed under this collection.

    • If empty, add them manually or set up automated rules (e.g., tag = “pillow”).

  • Check Product Status

    • Open a product from Products.

    • On the right-hand side, ensure Status = Active (not Draft).

  • Check Sales Channel Availability

    • On the product page (in admin), under Sales channels and apps, confirm that Online Store is checked.

    • If it’s not, your product won’t appear on your storefront.

  • Check Inventory

    • If your theme hides out-of-stock items:

      • Go to Products → Inventory.

      • Make sure the products in your collection have stock available.

  • Check Visibility Settings in the Collection Page

    • Some themes let you filter what’s shown in collections (e.g., only available products).

    • In Customize theme → Collection page, confirm that nothing is filtering them out.
