Check Products Are Added to the Collection

In Shopify admin, go to Products → Collections → (select your collection).

Scroll down and confirm that products are actually listed under this collection.

If empty, add them manually or set up automated rules (e.g., tag = “pillow”).

Check Product Status

Open a product from Products.
-
On the right-hand side, ensure Status = Active (not Draft).

Check Sales Channel Availability

On the product page (in admin), under Sales channels and apps, confirm that Online Store is checked.

If it’s not, your product won’t appear on your storefront.

Check Inventory

If your theme hides out-of-stock items:

Go to Products → Inventory.
-
Make sure the products in your collection have stock available.

Check Visibility Settings in the Collection Page

Some themes let you filter what’s shown in collections (e.g., only available products).

In Customize theme → Collection page, confirm that nothing is filtering them out.
